How can I cancel my order?Updated a day ago

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before it ships. If the order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it and issue your refund.

Please note that our fulfillment team moves quickly. Once an order is placed, it may go straight into processing, so cancellations can’t always be guaranteed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it’s no longer eligible for cancellation. In that case, you can submit a return request through our Return Portal after your order is delivered.

EQL orders are final and cannot be cancelled. 

Final sale items are also not returnable once delivered.
